🔧 Initiating the Integration
Navigate to your Hypersift dashboard.
Go to Settings > Add Integration > Connect with Zoho Recruit.
2. You'll be redirected to your Zoho Recruit login page.
3. After logging in, you'll see a consent screen. Click Accept.
🎉 Your integration is now active!
🎯 Map Zoho Statuses to Hypersift Workflow
Use the dropdown menus to connect your Zoho Recruit application stages with Hypersift:
📥 Invite Trigger Stage: Determines which applications Hypersift should begin processing. Applications in this stage will automatically be picked up for screening.
✉️ Invite Sent Stage: Sets the Zoho application status to reflect that an AI interview invite has been sent by Hypersift.
❌ Resume Reject Stage: Updates the application status if a candidate is rejected before the invite is sent (only applicable if resume screening is enabled).
✅ Completed Stage: Updates the status in Zoho once the candidate has finished the AI interview.
🔗 Connecting an Interview Agent with a Job
Once the integration is active, connect an agent to a job by:
Navigating to the agent's edit page.
Clicking Connect to Job.
Selecting the desired job from the modal.
Now, all new and existing applications for that opening with the Invite Trigger Stage will be processed.
📊 Reviewing Candidate Results
Once candidates complete their AI interviews:
Access their results in the Ratings and Review section on Zoho Recruit under the Applications module.
View interview reports and video recordings by clicking the Hypersift link provided as a note on Zoho Recruit.
